The reason is that the people with whom you used to smoke usually do not want, or don’t think they can quit smoking, and somewhere deep down they will not want to see you quit. Along with that you need to also avoid the places and things that would probably trigger your thirst to smoke.

You cannot stop the consumption of nicotine via cigarettes but you can certainly replace it with other less addictive alternatives available in market. They come in different forms like nicotine chewing gums, patches and disposable cigarette filters. They can work like a charm to kick the smoking habit. They gradually reduce your nicotine intake and other toxins you take in at the time of smoking.
